RULES AND REGULATIONS
- There
are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased.
- Some events have restrictions
on the use of Cameras and Video Recording Equipment
- Smoking is prohibited within
all facilities.
- The holder of the ticket may
be searched at the entrance of certain events.
- Service
and Delivery fees apply to all tickets purchased.
- We
do not hold tickets without payment.
- Credit
card is charged at the time of purchase.
- Phone
Orders may take up to 10 days to be delivered by Mail -
Orders placed close to the event date are held for pickupl
at the Box Office. The owner of the credit card must be
the person picking up the tickets. Credit card and/or ID
will be required. If the owner cannot pickup the tickets,
please contact the Box Office 506-857-4100.
- Doors
open 1 hour prior to the event for most performances
- We
are open all show days for ticket sales.
- Outside
beverages or food are not permitted
- First
Aid (St. John Ambulance) is on site for most events
- There
is a debit machine located in the Mezzanine area by the
Canteens
- Payphones
are located throughout the building
