& Conditions:
1) By purchasing tickets you are authorizing the City of Moncton
to charge the base price of the ticket plus any and all applicable
service fees
2) Ticket purchase
limits may be set by the Promoter
3) All
sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges and
no replacements will be issued for Lost or Stolen tickets.
4) The event date, time and acts are subject to change without notice.
5) Online orders
will be confirmed by email within 2 hours of purchase. If you do
not receive confirmation, please contact the Box Office at 1-888-720-5600.
If you choose the “Print at Home” option, tickets will
be attached to the confirmation email.
If you choose the “Box Office pick up” option, a minimum
of 48 hours is required for processing. Upon pick-up, the credit
card holder must present both photo ID and the credit card used
for the purchase. The name on the card, should match that of
the account holder
6) Upon cancellation of an event, with no replacement date, tickets
may be refunded as per conditions set forth by the promoter of the
event and the City of Moncton. All service fees are non-refundable.
Disclaimer:
Unauthorized duplication of tickets will result in eviction from
the venue and subsequent legal action. The holder of this ticket
assumes any and all liabilities as to the risks and danger that
may result from the event and waives any claim for loss or damage
whatever the cause, incurred or suffered, whether occurring before,
during or after the event. Management reserves the right to refuse
access to the event or evict any person where behaviour is deemed
inappropriate. The holder of the ticket may be searched at the entrance
of certain events. It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages.
Some events have restrictions on the use of cameras and video recording
equipment. Smoking is prohibited within all venues.

The City of Moncton is committed to protecting the privacy of any
personal information you may provide when visiting our Web site.
Part of that commitment is to explain what information may be collected
and why, how it will be used and who may have access to it.
This privacy statement applies to interactions with the City of
Moncton Web servers. It does not apply to any other Web site. Following
is an overview of our Web site practices.
Personal
information
When you visit City of Moncton Web sites, you do so anonymously
- there is no need to tell us who you are, unless you are placing
a ticket order. If you direct an enquiry to tickets.moncton.ca or
the Moncton Coliseum Box Office, or place an order, we will ask
you to provide your name, phone number, mailing address,
and/or e-mail address for the purpose of responding to your enquiry
or processing your order. Only those who "need to know"
will have access to the personal information provided.
Encryption technology
protects personal information during transmission. A security icon
will appear in either the lower left corner or, depending on your
browser, the lower right corner of your browser window when you
are in a secure portion of our website. Secure pages are not saved
in temporary caches on a computer. Once you exit secure screens,
those screens cannot be accessed again. If encryption is not available
through a site, an alternative means of communication will be recommended.
The tickets.moncton.ca server collects your personal information,
but only when you explicitly provide it on your account setup. We
protect all personal information and do not provide any personal
information gathered on tickets.moncton.ca, to third parties,
except with your express permission or as permitted by law. If elected
to do so, by opting-in to receive our event information updates
or eblasts, you are authorizing tickets.moncton.ca, event promoters
and venue owners to send you electronic updates on events.
You are entitled to correct or change any personal information gathered
through tickets.moncton.ca by accessing your account. Your account
cannot be deleted, if you have placed an order. If you wish to have
your account suspended, please call the Box Office to request it.
