Have you purchased tickets from a 3rd party, or from a website other than our official ticketing website? Note that the Moncton Coliseum is unable to guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from sources other than the Moncton Coliseum Box Office, or Online at



If you would like for your tickets to be held at the Pickup window at the Box Office, please choose the “Box Office Pickup” delivery option. Pick up your tickets no later than 1 hour after the event begins. No Delivery Fees apply. The credit card/account holder must be the person to pick up the ticket. The credit card and ID will be required. If the holder is not able to pick up the tickets, please call the Box Office 506-857-4100 to make prior arrangements.


If you would like the tickets to be mailed to you, please select the “Mail” delivery option, or XPressPost . Please allow up to 10 days for processing and delivery. Mailing Delivery Fees apply. For Magnetic Hill events, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. 


(Available for selected events only) If you select Print at Home as the Delivery Method, your tickets will be e-mailed to you after your purchase and you can print them from your computer. You will receive an email confirmation along with a PDF attachment which will contain your tickets. No Delivery Fees apply.


  • It is recommended that you use Internet Explorer to order your tickets and turn off all Firewalls that prevent unregistered e-mail. Also check your spam mail as your tickets may come in as "spam" with certain virus checkers.
  • Your transaction is secure and immediate. Choose your seats from best available tickets remaining for the event and know your seat location at the time of sale!
  • Please be aware that some e-mail providers block e-mails based on your e-mail filter rules.
  • Please make sure that you enter your correct e-mail address.
  • Do not use Back or Refresh buttons throughout the Online Ticketing Environment.
  • Confirmation of your will be confirmed on your screen, once order has been submitted and processed.
  • Confirmation (Order #) will also be sent by e-mail. Please write this information down for future reference.
  • For security purposes, The Credit Card Holder must be the person picking up the tickets and present the card used to order the tickets, if you choose Box Office Pickup as the Delivery Method. You may be asked for credit card, photo ID and/or Order Confirmation Number.
  • All tickets are final sale - no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are subject to credit card approval and verification of your billing address. In the event of a cancelled performance, refunds will be given on the base ticket price, including tax. Service Fees and Delivery Fees are non-refundable.



Delivery Service Fees apply to all tickets sold by phone and online, that are requested to be mailed. Ticket Service Fees also apply to all tickets purchased at the Box Office, by phone, Online and at all outlets..
