customers to purchase tickets online and Print at Home from your
computer, have your tickets e-mailed, mailed, or picked up
at the Coliseum "Ticket Pickup" window.

you can print them immediately after your purchase. Select Print
at Home as your delivery option and the tickets will
be e-mailed to you immediately with your confirmation. All you need
is a printer and you can have your tickets today! No
need to wait in line. No need to call the Box Office. No
need to go to the WillCall Window. You
no longer have to worry that the ticket arrives in time in the mail
...just print the ticket at home!

ONLINE
DELIVERY OPTIONS:

PRINT
AT HOME delivery option: If you select Print
at Home
as the Delivery Method, your tickets will be
e-mailed to you after your purchase and you can print them
from your computer. You will receive an email confirmation
along with a PDF attachment which will contain your tickets.
Please
read the Print at Home FAQ. Print
at Home Delivery Fee of $0.00 will be added to your order.

BOX
OFFICE PICKUP delivery
option: If you
would like for your tickets to be held at the Pickup
window
at the Box Office, please choose the “Box Office Pickup”
delivery option. Please pick up your tickets no later than
1 hour after the event begins. No Delivery Fee. The credit
card holder must be the person to pick up the ticket. The
credit card and/or ID will be required. If the holder is not
able to pick up the tickets, please call the Box Office 506-857-4100.

MAIL
delivery option: If you would like the tickets to be mailed
to you, please select
the “Mail” delivery option, or XPressPost
. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Mailing Delivery
Fee of $2.50 will be added to your order, for Wildcats hockey
games. All other event tickets will now be mailed through Canada
Post XpressPost for a $10.00 fee.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION FOR ORDERING ONLINE:

It is recommended that you
use Internet Explorer to order your tickets and turn off
all Firewalls that prevent unregistered e-mail. Also check
your spam mail as your tickets may come in as "spam"
with certain virus checkers.

Your
transaction is secure and immediate. Choose
your seats from best available tickets remaining for the event
and know your seat location at the time of sale!

Please be aware that some
e-mail providers block e-mails based on your e-mail filter
rules.

Confirmation of your will be
confirmed on your screen, once order has been submitted and
processed. Confirmation will also be sent by e-mail. Please
write this information down for future reference.

For security purposes, The
Credit Card Holder must be the person picking up the tickets
and present the card used to order the tickets, if you choose
Box Office Pickup as the Delivery Method. You may be asked
for credit card, photo ID and/or Order Confirmation Number.

All tickets are final sale
- no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
All sales are subject to credit card approval and verification
of your billing address. In the event of a cancelled performance,
refunds will be given on the base ticket price, including
tax. Service Fees and Delivery Fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Service Fees
apply to all tickets sold by phone and online. Ticket Service
Fees also apply to tickets purchased at the Coliseum Box
Office, and designated Outlets.

IMPORTANT: NO EXCHANGES OR
REFUNDS. UPON CANCELLATION OF AN EVENT WITH NO REPLACEMENT DATE,
THIS TICKET MAY BE REFUNDED PURSUANT TO CONDITIONS SET FORTH BY
THE PROMOTER OF THIS EVENT AND THE MONCTON COLISEUM. NO REFUND
OF SERVICE FEES. The holder of this ticket assumes any and all
liabilities as to the risks and danger that may result from the
event and waives any claim for loss or damage whatever the cause,
incurred or suffered, whether occurring before, during or after
the event. Management reserves the right to refuse access to the
event or evict any person where behavior is deemed inappropriate.
The holder of the ticket may be searched at the entrance of certain
events. It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages. Some events
have restrictions on the use of Cameras and Video Recording Equipment.
Smoking is prohibited within all facilities.
